1st completed project

When we went to Utah last Summer we bought Haley a rug hooking kit of a Halloween cat. At the time she was very excited about rug hooking, but quickly got discouraged. I asked if I could help her with the eyes and she said "Sure you can just do it all, I don't want to".  I did a little and gave it back to her and to sat in her room for a long time. I asked her why she was not working on the cat and she said "Rug hooking is just not my thing, I like crocheting better."

So I took back the frame and finished the cat.  I noticed that she loved to watch me work on it and was constantly checking my progress. It's finally done and I turned it into a pillow with a cool black and orange Hallowed plaid that I had.
