As you can see, I have been a busy little hooker. My hand is actually getting sore. I need to find what I am going to hook the outside circle with. The inside blue is so solid that I really want a plaid to hook the outside. I found two beautiful wool sport coats at Goodwill and cut them up. One is a tan herringbone that would look so cool, but I am afraid that it will not be enough.

Progress report
As you can see, I have been a busy little hooker. My hand is actually getting sore. I need to find what I am going to hook the outside circle with. Wow! You are making fantastic progress! Do you find yourself sneaking moments to hook or are you hooking out in the open?
You are too funny.
I totally hook in the open. It's one of the things I love about rug hooking. I can leave the frame downstairs and hook while watching TV or while I'm sitting at the table helping kids with homework, I work on my "homework". I like the fact that I can still be part of the family and not in another room with my back to them sewing.
I have not given up on quilting... but I honestly have no desire to quilt right now.
